Members of  F2C visited Gibraltar this week to celebrate Trafalgar day, have a few beers in one of our old stomping grounds and also to give our better halves a mini break away. After arriving on Sunday first up was a tour of the finer establishments that Gibraltar has to offer with only a few sore heads the next morning. So on to Monday and we all set off for the top of the Rock, walking up was the preferred option by most but not all. Some of us can remember (just) running up there many years ago in around 30 mins. Needless to say walking up took a lot longer but did provide us with some spectacular views on the way up. The photo has Paul Plamer Nev Townsend Neil Hall and Rob Stephens posing for the photo (many thanks to Andy Gedge) after a well deserved beer at the top. The walk back down the steps was a lot easier once we cleared past the Macaques (Barbery Rock Apes) that love to block your descent. Trafalgar day photo to follow.
